These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Denhez Details LLC website, booking services, and text messaging program. By using our website, booking a service, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. SERVICES
Denhez Details LLC is a licensed and insured mobile auto detailing business serving Magnolia and the greater Seattle, Washington area. Service details, pricing, and any service agreement or liability waiver presented at booking also apply to your appointment.
2. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
a) Program Description
Denhez Details LLC offers a text messaging program to customers who opt in through our website forms or booking process. Messaging use cases include:
- Service messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling and arrival updates, service completion notices, and customer support replies
- Marketing messages (only if separately opted in): special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, and new service announcements
b) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 times per month.
c) Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
d) Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you originally opted in, or text START.

If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly:
f) Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
g) Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program.
h) Consent Not Required
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PAYMENT
Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide accurate vehicle and location information and access to water and power if requested at booking. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denhez Details LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or messaging program. Liability related to detailing services is governed by the service agreement and waiver provided at booking.
5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
